About me

Hi! I’m wiss, full time artist and streamer! I love making all kind of art pieces but specially adorable characters, lovely couples, or cool splash-arts!Doing art as a living has always been my dream! As a kid I would tell my parents I’d either be a successful artist or starve trying lmaoNow I’m focused on growing my art and live streams into a sustainable income to live a happy life with my boyfriend :D

Terms Of Service

By working with me it means you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms bellow:

General

  • Substantial changes to the piece may only be allowed during the sketch phase. Additional tweak and alterations may incur extra fees if requested after the sketch phase, or if deemed necessary.

  • You take full responsibility for having permission to include the character(s) featured in your order.

  • I will provide progress updates and seek your feedback voluntarily.

  • I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests.

  • The time it takes to complete the artwork may vary depending on the type, complexity, workload and my situation. You may ask for an estimate at any point.

  • You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to commit to this agreement.

  • Any infringement of these Terms of Service may incur legal actions and extra charges for the damage done.

Payment

  • Prices are in USD and paid via PayPal.

  • Prices may vary or change depending on the complexity of the artwork.

  • You accept that you are paying for a digital product/service and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

  • The price for the artwork must be paid in its entirety upfront. I will not start working on your artwork until then.

  • You can request a refund only if I have not started working on the artwork in more than 3 months. No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by me.

  • You warrant that you will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned above will be followed.

Rights

  • As the artist, I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights to my artwork. And I may use the work as I see fit.

  • The commercial rights of the artwork are not included. You can not monetize the artwork in any way without having the commercial rights.

  • Additional charges will be required for commercial usage of the artwork. This must be previously discussed with me.

  • You receive usage rights to the artwork for personal use only. And you must credit me as the artist.

  • The artwork can NOT be altered or modified without my explicit written consent.

  • Usage of my work for AI (artificial intelligence), ML (machine learning), AI or ML training, NFT, blockchain, or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly prohibited.

About the Process

Announcement

I will announce when I’m open for taking commission work on my social mediaThe website will also be updated with the "commission open" statusThis will happen every few months or when I feel like it

Apply

A google form will be available here where you can give me all of the information needed for your ideaThis form will be open for at least a few days, so you have enough time to think of an idea to submit

Payment

Once the form is closed, I will choose the ideas I want to work with and contact each person, send them the invoice, and wait for the paymentThe full payment must be made up-front!

Your Turn

I will message you when I start working on your commissionDuring this process I will send you the sketch to be approved, if you want any changes this would be the moment to let me knowWhen I finish your artwork, I will send you the high resolution file
